I’ve been reallly interested in making green smoothies, and just packing in the nutrients before my workout. After looking all over the web, I realized I didnt want to put so much fruit in my smoothie. So what better way to start the day than experimenting?
kale, spinach, blueberries, fage fatfree plain greek yogurt, 1/4 of a banana, lemon juice, ice, water
= delicious. new favorite. going to try more kale/spinach & less banana
maybe a different/new veggie to add? WE’LL SEE NEXT TIME.

i’m disgusted with everything i’ve eaten lately. I’m disgusted with my lack of control. And i hate my body. I hate that i’ve gained weight. It stresses me out that I know I ate too much. Its not okay, and I only hope that I can get my shit together soon.
This how I feel about my relationship right now. It’s such an incredible feeling.
And I know the future has that grand adventure waiting for me.
